GPS Learning Circles
Our amazing Learning Circles started from the need to connect, learn and make positive change during Covid confinement in France. Since then, new circles have formed and have all had the same positive impact on people’s lives. Participants are encouraged and supported through as sense of shared community in their learning and development journey.

Groups contain 6-8 members depending on timing and focus of the group.
Members meet with the Coach before placement and then are encouraged to create a personal or professional vision.
Each member determines at least 1 focus for learning (content) and 1 focus for development (process).
Throughout the course of the meetings and time together, each member works on their learning and development goals.
They are supported and encouraged by the group and are given structured feedback for further growth.
Members truly Grow, Perform and Succeed!

The focus of the GPS Learning Circles is dependent on the needs and interests of the participants. It is for this reason that you will meet with a coach to place you in a group that is best suited to your interests and needs.
Sample topics are anything the member wants to learn more about and share with the group (content). These have included for example:
-Time Management
-Mindfulness
-Personality
-Listening Skills
-Family Meetings
-Leadership Skills
-Entrepreneurship
-Changing Habits
-Book Reviews
Members are also encouraged to work on a development goal as well (process). Some examples include:
-Public speaking
-Powerpoint over Zoom
-Experimenting with new technologies
-Creating a video
-Teaching a class
-Leading a workshop
-Facilitating a discussion

First once people join GPS they often don’t want it to end.

-Found confidence to pursue passion of becoming a yoga teacher
